    Modified Files:
    xtrn/syncivision/README.md xtrn/syncnes/README.md
    Log Message:
syncretro: document [lobby] enter_sound in the console READMEs

The Configuration section of each console's README lists the syncretro.ini sections a sysop can set, and [lobby] was missing from it -- the earlier
commit added the key and documented it in the example inis, but left the READMEs listing only [video], [audio] and [roms]. SyncDOOM's README has
covered its enter_sound since the helper was shared.

Carries the caveat the siblings don't need: SyncDOOM can tell you to pull a sound out of your own WAD and SyncDuke a quip out of your own GRP, but a cartridge has nothing to extract -- a console's audio is generated by its
sound chip as the game runs. Also notes to keep the file small: it is
uploaded to the terminal on every lobby entry, so a few KB is the right size.
