    docs/sexyz: note the buffered streaming send

    Streaming ZMODEM sends are now buffered for throughput (sexyz.c 3.4);
    windowed and segmented sends stay byte-at-a-time. Note that alongside
    the Streaming and OutbufSize ini keys, since OutbufSize now also caps the streaming send socket buffer.
